Since Serving 1.1 (Serverless 1.22), upstream changed to hyphen style from camel case.

For example, this page needs to update:

• minScale to min-scale
• maxScale to max-scale
• targetUtilizationPercentage to target-utilization-percentage

Also this page needs to update:

• httpOption to http-protocol (Note, it is not http-option but http-protocol.)

NOTE: The old camel case style valid even upstream 1.4 and not decided when the camel case is removed completely.
