Assuming that an operator-metering operator is installed, create CRs for this operator which picks up the metrics identified from SRVKS-89

Acceptance criteria:

• Reports are served from reporting serving provided by the reporting-operator
• There are reports for CPU, Memory and Network usage respectively
• Stretch Goal: Have a summary monetary report which sums up CPU, Memory and Network with a weighted factor to get collected sum (could be also 'virtual money'). This kind of report is also interesting for relative changes in the usage patterns (and could be correlated by a user with the real bill)
