We needed to add bridging code to make the Kourier renaming go smooth without dropping traffic. We can now drop this. See https://github.com/openshift-knative/serverless-operator/commit/4617cc5cb4d4da3f47d239484eaf15eed6c9de61 for the code pieces that should be removed in 1.20.
