3. What is the nature and description of the request?
Customer is looking to use EmptyDir with knative workloads

4. Why does the customer need this?
Customer has kerberos sidecars that setup auth for multiple applications, they are looking to migrate this to serverless. as serverless doesnt support EmptyDir this is blocking for the customer. 

5. How would the customer like to achieve this?

allow EmptyDir volumes in serverless (backport to 4.6)

As soon as possible. This is blocking migration, and affecting OpenShift adoption in general.
