      On OCP 4.0 on AWS (v.0.16.1)

      knative-serving-operator installed via https://github.com/openshift-cloud-functions/knative-operators/blob/openshift-v0.4.0/etc/scripts/install.sh

      reports the following error every second in the knative-serving-operator logs
