There was a request recently for this from a solution architect.

Although visualization feature track needs to be finalized we should offer some visibility

to queue proxy metrics for user services and document how users can integrate with the existing OCP monitoring stack (user workload monitoring).

Acceptance criteria:

a) create a dashboard with queue proxy metrics visible to the admin

b) document how users can integrate with the OCP monitoring so the above dashboards gets feeded with metrics . There is already some doc content to ude here:
