We have a huge problem with the knative serving and manual scaling.

We have the "epi-pdf-svc" KSVC (Knative Service) and try to manual scale to 8 replica (with set maxScale and minScale)
 The PODs (8) created and started correct.

 After a short time, the error message: "Waiting for load balancer to be ready" is displayed on the KSVC. No more requests are possible to the endpoint/route (http response 500).
