      Setting up istio.ingress.networking.knative.dev ingress.class with strict mTLS breaks ServiceMonitors.

      The knative-serving metrics aren't collected and the OCP console shows alerts like

      100% of the activator-sm-service/activator-sm-service targets in knative-serving namespace are down.
