Context:
Cluster administrator running Knative Serving in production. Want to understand resource consumption and general behavior of the system.

I can adjust capacity and provide more resources for applications that are getting close to saturation.
Provision and scale infrastructure properly to attend increasing demand of applications
Understand what applications are consuming more resources than others
When to scale horizontally or vertically given the behavior or applications and help me understand
