Major With SRVKS-33/SRVKS-34, knative-serving-operator requires permission (or cluster-admin role) in order to obtains network parameters. It appears that knative serving controller does not have the permission at the time knative-serving-operator installing knative. The following error is observed in the serving controller's log.
