Since SRVKS-708 changed the default readiness probe for Knative Service to HTTP probe, we need to guide the users to set `sidecar.istio.io/rewriteAppHTTPProbers: "true"` to `spec.template.metadata.annotations` in their Knative Service like SRVKS-712.
