As discussed in SRVLS-262 and on the ODC/Serverless Weekly call, the serverless operator should install the Quickstart like in https://github.com/openshift/console/blob/master/frontend/packages/console-app/src/components/quick-starts/data/mocks/yamls/serverless-application-quickstart.yaml

These Quickstarts should be maintained in the serverless-operator repository and maintained by UX & docs
