TestNetworkPolicy fails in a lot of cases and we need to figure out why. Requests do not get blocked even after waiting for 5 minutes.

A suspicion currently is that connections are created from Kourier to the Service and the NetworkPolicy only applies to newly generated connections, hence the requests continue working.
