Steps to recreate issue:

1. Spun up OCP 4.5.4 cluster using cluster-bot.
2. Installed Operator, serving and eventing using ODC.
3. Created a service in the `knative-serving` namespace using the image: quay.io/openshift-knative/knative-eventing-sources-event-display:v0.13.2
   did this via ODC using +Add > Container Image
4. Deleted this service by right clicking on it in topology view and deleting
5. Switched to `knative-eventing` and tried to create a service using the same image
6. Get this error, won't create service:
   An error occurred
   imagestreams.image.openshift.io "knative-eventing-sources-event-display" already exists
