Churn on the KnativeServing resource

      Just running an idle system, the knative-operator constantly overrides the KnativeServing Spec, causing a lot of churn between the operators.

       

      It's caused by our CRD lacking the resources block and the API dropping the resources block entirely. The operator tries to constantly fix that to no avail.
