      Immediately after a ksvc is created:

      oc create -f - <<EOF
      apiVersion: serving.knative.dev/v1
      kind: Service
      metadata:
        name: bar
      spec:
        template:
          spec:
            containers:
            - image: gcr.io/knative-samples/helloworld-go
              env:
              - name: TARGET
                value: "Go Sample v1"
      EOF

      knative-serving controller logs the following error

      {"level":"error","ts":"2020-04-21T11:16:40.676Z","logger":"controller.labeler-controller","caller":"route/reconciler.go:134","msg":"resource \"foo/bar\" no longer exists","knative.dev/controller":"labeler-controller","knative.dev/traceid":"bd61d11b-0dac-4c16-bb2c-c0183c417ebf","knative.dev/key":"foo/bar","stacktrace":"knative.dev/serving/pkg/client/injection/reconciler/serving/v1/route.(*reconcilerImpl).Reconcile\n\t/opt/app-root/src/go/src/knative.dev/serving/pkg/client/injection/reconciler/serving/v1/route/reconciler.go:134\nknative.dev/serving/vendor/knative.dev/pkg/controller.(*Impl).processNextWorkItem\n\t/opt/app-root/src/go/src/knative.dev/serving/vendor/knative.dev/pkg/controller/controller.go:394\nknative.dev/serving/vendor/knative.dev/pkg/controller.(*Impl).Run.func2\n\t/opt/app-root/src/go/src/knative.dev/serving/vendor/knative.dev/pkg/controller/controller.go:343"}

      Creating an ordinary ksvc should not cause "errors".
