After this backport https://github.com/openshift-knative/serving-operator/pull/10, project admin and edit role will not be able to create/edit internal CRD like "*.networking.internal.knative.dev".

E.g. project admins should not create KIngress due to permission error. But they can view (kubectl get king).

We would like to have the test case for it.
