We'll need to document for our users what the supported upgrade path - if any - from our Tech Preview to GA release is. What TP version does the user need to be on before switching to our GA channel? Or do we only provide GA support for fresh installations?

Upgrading docs for the latest TP version added under https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SRVKS-439 - for GA / OCP 4.4, we will need to update these docs, and for each release going forward.
