Some CRDs may be missing after uninstalling/reinstalling operator

      User reported, "after KnativeServing was created , removed and then reinstalled the operator"

      ingresses.networking.internal.knative.dev was missing

      We should investigate any possible race between uninstallation and re-installation on removing/re-creating the CRDs.

      Unfortunately, the cluster disappeared before we could glance at the operator logs.
