The next v1.5.0 release will start using Kourier instead of ServiceMesh. But should we remove the old SMCP by our operator? Or we should let users remove it manually?
Depends on the answer, we will implement it in operator or write the documentation.

• We already started removing ServiceMesh stuff so new serverless deployment does not install the SMCP.
