Test upgrades from 1.4.0 using Service Mesh to 1.5.0 using Kourier

      Install Serveless 1.4.0 using the default option which is Service Mesh.
      Install Knative Service
      Perform upgrade to 1.5.0 (suppose 1.5.0 is the first release having Kourier) and check that the existing Knative Service starts using Kourier for ingress seamlessly.
      Some dropped requests are expected but the service should reconcile in the end and start working again.
      New Services deployed after upgrade should be using Kourier.
