Today when you install Knative Serving on a different namespace the error message given is: 

"Install not attempted: The only KnativeServing resource that matters is knative-serving/knative-serving" 

That doesn't clearly inform users of the error or suggest how they could fix it.  Can we be more explicit about the error and possibly suggest users how to fix it ?
