This issue is to track the overall docs story.

The entirety of the "Installing Service Mesh" section can vanish. All of this will be automated at this point. We might need to add a remark though, saying that you can only use Knative Serving in namespaces, that are not already enrolled in another SMCP.

On 4.1 we'll need to keep a remark, that the operator has to be installed manually.
