As the title states, we should replicate our manual installation docs in the Knative Serving Operator on branch 1.2.0 (will need to be created for the release anyway).

Before installing Knative Serving itself we'll need to

1. Create a namespace for the managed SMCP (knative-serving-mesh?)
2. Create an SMCP
3. Create an SMMR (containing the knative-serving namespace)
4. Make sure Knative Serving is configured to use this control plane.
