It says "Knative requires Istio. A minimal Maistra ControlPlane can be installed using the Maistra operator." That is factually incorrect.

We expect Service Mesh, not Maistra, and we will not automatically install a ControlPlane.

We should decide on the actual text of the description here. I'd recommend we pull content out of our official installation docs.
