When a user selects our operator in the OperatorHub, it should very clearly state it's Tech Preview somewhere. The only place that mentions tech preview at all is the container image name, which is really, really easy to miss.

Otherwise, users will think it's supported as GA since we versioned it 1.0.0. See screenshot.
