The current build of the ingress-rhel8-operator-container-0.7.1-1 doesn't contain the latest fixes for TP1 from https://github.com/openshift-knative/knative-openshift-ingress/tree/v0.0.7

specifically, it still creates Routes with

port:
  targetPort: 80

instead of the expected targetPort: http2

Which causes the routes to not route to the intended ingressgateway :8080 port, and the openshift ha proxy always returns a 503.
