On newer Openshift versions and on Knative Serving HEAD (potentially 0.6+) the system is not operable. The main failure is:

For context: Knative Serving creates so-called headless services and manages the endpoints of those services manually to switch between activator and revision.

We need to fix this on HEAD and have a look if we also need to backport a fix to 0.6.
