As a developer I should be able visualize/search logs of Knative services (user apps) using OpenShift logging monitoring stack

      Today only admins would be able to do so unless OpenShift RBAC allows developers to use the logging interface. Please verify if this limitation is still in place and what that team is recommending developers to do in order to visualize logs.

      Acceptance
      As a developer I should be able visualize/search logs of Knative services (user apps) using OpenShift logging monitoring stack.
