OpenShift is shipping a logging stack (ELK ?) that once enabled, Knative serving logs should use to store its logs.

Acceptance
Knative serving should detect when OpenShift logging stack is installed and use it to store logs.

As an admin I should be able visualize/search logs of the Knative serving infrastructure using OpenShift logging monitoring stack/tools.
