SRVKS-1035 has an issue that Kourier Gateway forwards the request to wrong pod IP (= the pod which is terminating) although the Kourier controller produced the logs "Reconcile succeeded".

We need to determine either Kourier Gateway had the wrong IP or Kourier did not set the new IP. The latter needs the debug logs so we should add the debug logs.
