Description of problem:
Tekton hub ui for 1.22.7 (and other versions as well) do not show catalog but shows sorry something went wrong.
However the hub api route is present and we are able to hit the api route which is werid.
It is reported that if we hit the api once via curl etc, it should start working. This does not seem to happen on ROSA but on stage cluster.
One more thing that I noticed is that the stage cluster has the ui and api in different nodes, might be an AWS issue as well and needs further investigation

Steps to Reproduce
1) Install hub via operator
2) Go to HUB UI.
Actual results:
Hub UI does not show catalog and shows something wrong
Expected results:
Hub ui show show up properly
