Description of problem:

In the Pipelines section, Approvals tab, the PipelineRun name column fails to show the pipeline run's name for several entries. 

Other columns are populated correctly; only the PipelineRun name is affected

Workaround:

refresh the page

1.21 in OCP 4.19

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to Pipelines and click the Approvals tab in the OpenShift Console.

• Trigger a new PipelineRun via CLI or another tab that contains a Manual Approval Task.

• Wait for the PipelineRun to reach the Approval step.

• Refresh or observe the Approvals list view.

Actual results:

The new approval task row appears, but the PipelineRun name is missing 

Expected results:

Pipelierun's name should be visible along with the approval tasks list
