Description of problem:

When navigating to Pipelines and then PipelineRuns in the OpenShift Console, the list view hangs on a loading spinner.

However, verifying via OCP 4.19 shows the list of pipelineruns and via CLI

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

1.21.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install OSP 1.21.0
2. Enable console plugin
3. Enable MAG
4. Create an approval task via pipeline run
5. Go to the pipeline runs section, click the pipelines tab
6. Now go to the approvals tab and check for pipeline run names

Actual results:

Pipeline runs are not visible in the UI for the approval tasks created in OCP 4.18.

Able to see the pipeline runs in OCP 4.19.

Expected results:

Should be able to see the pipeline runs list
