Description of problem:

In the Approvals tab of the Pipelines section, the Current status column fails to render correctly when displaying status states. Multiple status components are rendering on top of one another instead

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to the Pipelines section in the OpenShift Console.

• Click the Approvals tab.

• Locate an Approval Task

• Observe the Current status column.

Actual results:

The text elements are superimposed, making it impossible to read the status

Expected results:

Status should be aligned according to the approval task list

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Sometimes when logging in via user in OCP 4.18 and 4.19
