PSI RDU2 Instructions:

We need a ServiceNow ticket from our customers, and it needs to include a confirmation from them that it is okay for us to delete all resources in the project. 

1. Provide the following information in a ServiceNow request to remove the project. All fields are required:

• Application name: IT OpenStack Infrastructure
• Project name
• Cloud

• Appcode (if applicable)
• Your written confirmation that we can delete all resources within project

IAD2 Instructions:

In order to decommission your OSP project:,

1. Run the <project_name>_IAD2PROD_OSP_Decommission_Main AAP workflow template which should be in your AAP organization. This should remove all of the resources from the project, and some related entries in IdM, DNS, etc. 

The automation may not get everything so you need to remove all volumes, floating IPs, routers, ports, and security groups other than "default" from the project after running the automation. Do not worry about the networks and subnets, as they are, in most cases, provider networks, and shared with all projects. Networks and subnets should not be removed.

1. Provide the following information in a ServiceNow request to remove the project, as it is needed in order to run the  automation. All fields are required:

• Queue: IT Cloud OpenStack
• Project name

• Appcode
• Notification email
• What is the associated AAP organization, and would you like to keep it?
• Would you like to keep your OpenStack service account?
• Would you like to keep your associated HashiCorp Vault service account?
• What is the Rover group associated with your HashiCorp Account?
• Would you like to keep your associated IdM service account?
