Story (Required)
To keep the stories small and deliverable within one sprint, this feature is broken into multiple stories.
Operator should be able to install the Tekton-Kueue if upstream kueue is already installed. If kueue is not installed then simply skip the installation.
Out of Scope:
- No Cleanup when tektonkueue is disabled from tektonconfig Part#2
- No or limited test cases. Part#2
- No or limited documentation - Part#3
- Release Notes - Part#3
- Any other dependency - Part#3
Note: No plan to merge PR into upstream until we have fully functional feature available in operator.
