Description of problem: buildah-ns task fails with below mentioned error in OSP 1.20:

Error: reading ID mappings from "/proc/0/uid_map": open /proc/0/uid_map: no such file or directory 

Workaround: NA

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions): OSP 1.20

Steps to Reproduce

Use Buildah-ns task in the example given in Official documentation.

Actual results:

Task fails and the pod is stuck is  Init:CreateContainerError state.

Expected results:

The task should work without any issues.
