opc results commands such as opc results pipelinerun list and opc results taskrun list can be used to list pipelineruns or taskruns. The output of the command is human-friendly, but not that machine friendly. These commands should be extended to offer machine friendly output. Something similar to -o json|yaml option already provided for opc results pipelinerun describe and opc results taskrun describe would probably be a reasonable approach.
