      Epic Goal

      • Reduce excessive logging in OpenShift Pipelines Operator to improve performance, decrease storage costs, and enhance log readability while maintaining necessary debugging information.

      Why is this important?

      • Performance & Resource Optimization

        • Reduce CPU/Memory overhead from excessive log processing and storage
        • Decrease storage costs - logs consume significant persistent storage in large clusters
        • Improve operator performance - less time spent on log I/O operations
        • Better resource utilization - free up resources for actual operator functions

          2. Operational Efficiency

        • Faster troubleshooting - meaningful logs are easier to parse than verbose noise
        • Reduced log aggregation costs - lower volume sent to centralized logging systems
        • Improved monitoring - critical events aren't buried in log spam
        • Better alerting - reduced false positives from noisy log patterns
