Description of problem:

The configuration for Results is currently not being applied from TektonConfig to the Results component  so currently if user want to configure Nodeselector and tolerations settings  from Tekton config via Results config then these configuration doesn't propagate to Results pods as Config settings are not being set in Results pod.

Results config's configuration (Nodesselector , tolerations etc) from Tekton config are not being applied to the Results pods. 

Expected results:

Results config's configuration from Tekton config  should be propagated and applied to the Results pods.  **
