Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)

• Install Red Hat OpenTelemetry Operator via OperatorHub
• Create OpenTelemetryCollector CR with Tekton-specific configuration
• Configure OTLP receivers for both HTTP and gRPC protocols
• Set up service discovery for Tekton controllers
• Configure trace routing to support multi-tenancy
