tkn-pac version mismatch with tkn task

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install 1.20 operator

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a test namespace
2. Create the below pvc & pipelineRun yamls as below
   https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openshift-pipelines/release-tests/refs/heads/master/testdata/ecosystem/pipelineruns/tkn-pac.yaml
   https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openshift-pipelines/release-tests/refs/heads/master/testdata/pvc/pvc.yaml

Actual results:

Error Message: tkn-pac Version 0.37 not found in logs:
