konflux and gitlab interaction leaving zombie pipeline runs in gitlab
it seems that some interaction between konflux and gitlab.cee is leaving gitlab pipeline runs in a zombie running state for ever without timing out.

shows 10 pipeline runs a few of which are from 3-4 months ago
