When a pipeline is created in the UI, the generated pipeline run does not allow users to set a default storage and access mode. They need to select it from a list. 

Users would like to be able to set the default storage and access mode to ease developer experience. This would eliminate errors that may be caused when the developers select the wrong storage and access mode. 

Customer is migrating from a Jenkins environment to pipelines - this option was available in other CI solutions
