Description of problem:

Task provided by artifact community hub does not get installed properly, and you can not see the sidebar on clicking on the task

Steps to Reproduce

 # In pipeline builder page, try installing a task provided by artifact community hub

1. Click on the task to open sidebar
    

   Actual results:

   Task search bar opens again

   Expected results:

   Task sidebar should open
