Description of problem:

openshift-client task is not appearing in task search, even though the task is present in openshift-pipelines namespace(can be checked in the video)

Steps to Reproduce

 # Go to pipeline builder page 

 # Search "openshift-client" in task search bar

Actual results:

openshift-client task provided by Red Hat is not available in the search result 

Expected results:

Tasks provided by Red Hat should be available
