Currently, a new user visiting the Tekton Results repository is unaware of the existence of the Results CLI.
We should add the details about the CLI on the landing page. Details can be about the installation and the basic supported commands. We can link to the CLI docs for more details. 
For the installation, we can add the direct way to install i.e., using go get command. There is a story already created to track the release of binary and post that we can have the proper installation steps.
