Description of problem:

Users with non-admin not able to auto configure the CLI configuration as it is trying to list the services from all the namespaces and non-admin user will not have access to the same.

Workaround

Try manual configuration

Steps to Reproduce

•  Install the results CLI
• Make sure you don't have admin rights in the cluster
• Run `tkn results config set` command

Actual results:

This results in an error:
Error: failed to get host: services is forbidden: User "dhaiduce" cannot list resource "services" in API group "" at the cluster scope

Expected results:

Able to get the host if RBAC is setup at the cluster level so that non-admin users can also get the route
