Description of problem:

Very rarely, Pipelines as Code will sometimes fail to template some variables into a PipelineRun. In this example variables like revision were templated fine but specifically source_url was not. This specific pipelinerun was run other times without modification and the source_url variable was templated correctly. When it failed to template-in the source_url variable, no logs were emitted indicating anything had gone wrong. See KFLUXSPRT-3975 and its slack thread for more details
